Per Petitioner’s case, Mr. Chaklan failed to submit the response to the First Examination Report (FER) despite being sent several reminders that Ms. Consequently, the Petitioner came to know that his application was deemed to be abandoned due to non-filing of the response to the FER. Chaklan never responded.

Under this scheme start-ups do not have to pay a fee to the registered facilitator for the facilitation, it will be reimbursed by the central government through CGPDTM by respective IP offices according to fees schedule in the SIPP scheme upon submission of claim after filing of an application as per the guidelines.
