1: ‘Ghostwriter’ Drops Bad Bunny, Rihanna AI ‘Collab’ + Leaves Ominous Message: ‘We Will Prevail’

First off today, Arielle Gerber at Music Times reports that a user going by the name “Ghostwriter777” has uploaded and then removed an AI-generated track entitled Por Que, which was meant to simulate a Bad Bunny song that featured Rihanna.

It is widely believed to be the same “Ghostwriter” who uploaded the “Fake Drake” song to various online platforms earlier this month. This is due both to the similarity in the chosen usernames and the fact that Ghostwrider777 posted a warning that, though the song would be removed in 24 hours, he said that he and other supporters of AI music “will prevail.”

The Fake Drake song was removed following complaints from Drake’s label. The new track appears to be in response to that removal and comes with allusions that more such songs will be released in the near future.

2: SRK’s ‘Jawan’ Faces Leak of Copyrighted Content; Delhi HC Directs Social Media Platforms to Remove It

Next up today, India Forums reports that the upcoming Indian-produced film, Jawan, has faced a leak as videos of sets and other content ended up being published online.

The film is directed by Atlee and stars Shah Rukh Khan, one of the nation’s largest celebrities. The film is slated to come out in June this year, but leaks from the film have begun circulating online, prompting the production company to take to court to try and secure the removal of the content.

To that end, the judge issued an order requiring social media platforms, including Google, Twitter and Reddit, to remove the leaked content and to block links to third-party sites that share the material. The company has also issued a direct plea to users to not publish leaks online and, instead, wait for the movie’s full release.

3: Pirate Streaming Giant Pobre.tv Was Bigger Than Netflix, Now It’s Gone

Finally today, Ernesto Van der Sar at Torrentfreak writes that the Portuguese streaming site Porbe.tv has quietly closed its doors, despite both a lengthy history and widespread popularity in the country.

According to traffic stats, the site was once bigger than both Netflix and Disney in the country. However, the site mysteriously shut its doors without an announcement and no rightsholder groups claiming credit for the closure.

However, the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE) said that they recently obtained a several disclosure orders against the site. However, ACE stopped short of claiming credit for the closure, saying that they can’t disclose details of an active investigation.
