One industry sends info on works that should be filtered, and the platforms have to include that info in their filtering systems. When we say notice and takedown is no longer extant in EU, that’s not entirely true—DSA has it. DSA has a © interface that says insofar as there’s specific © legislation it is lex specialis and prevails over DSA.
