Thanoo , 999 F.3d 3d 892 (3d Cir. 2021), the Third Circuit addressed the pleading requirements to assert a claim under Defend Trade Secrets Act (“DTSA”). The district court dismissed plaintiff’s complaint for failure to state a claim.
