However, it is not what I expected for the first case to be finally determined: Section 512(f) and an ownership dispute between former business partners. His daughter submitted a declaration that she found no copyright notice on the image.

In October, Newslaundry revealed that its YouTube operation had been suspended pending an enquiry into 53 separate copyright notices received from Aaj Tak. Aaj Tak had allegedly taken to using copyright claims to prevent commentary and criticism of its reportage by Newslaundry.
