9(3) of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 , in view of the early stages of the current developents on AI-generated creative output, the government has decided to make no changes to this provision. With respect to the UK computer-generated provision under s.9(3) The copyright in these two titles expired at the beginning of 2021.
