The thesis, entitled ‘The Legal Protection of New Plant Varieties,’ was examined in 1990 by Dr Yvonne Cripps (Emmanuel College, Cambridge). She served as Dean to the School of Law (2004-2008) and for 4 months as Acting Head of School (2008-2009). Margaret’s PhD (1985-1990) was supervised by Dr Allison Coleman.
