When it comes to the filmmaking industry, the Screen Writers Association (SWA)* for screenplay and scriptwriters has applied for registration pending approval, but there is no copyright society in sight for actors. The Statutory Position of Royalty Section 19 [1] talks about assignment and licensing of work against which we get royalties.
