Voxer argued that a live broadcast feature offered by Facebook infringes its patent EP 2 393 259. Facebook initiated the present proceeding to revoke the patent. Voxer counter argued that the patent was valid and infringed. The present case has been tried under the Shorter Trials Scheme (a topic for another post, says Merpel.).
