UK Government responds to design right consultation and joins WIPO global brands database

As a first step, the UK announced that it has joined the Global Brands Database made available by WIPO. Secondly, the government responded to the c all for views on designs , which ran from 25 January 2022 to 25 March 2022, alongside a survey.
